ART THERAPY PROJECTS

Below I have included all 10 art therapy activities I tested for this experiment. I have included pictures from the time I completed each activity as well as directions for how to complete each activity. The activities that are highlighted in pink are the ones that proved to be most effective in reducing stress among all five STEM subjects (including myself).
