HOW CAN MY EXPERIMENT HELP OTHERS?
It is important to be in tune with your mental and emotional health, and it is really easy to forget to give yourself breaks. That is why I am hoping my experience with a few art therapy projects and my bullet journal will allow other STEM major students to try out some of these art therapy activities as a way to relieve some of their stress. The bullet journal that is provided is a way for students to record their stress and the art therapy projects they try in a more fun way than the google forms created in my experiment as a pretest/posttest.
